Best dentist I've ever been to!
" I hate going to the dentist..more than anything in the world. I have been needing to go to the dentist for a long time, and finally decided to gather up courage and go. As soon as I called to make an appointment I had a great feeling. The woman on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. I went to my appointment (palms sweating) and was warmly welcomed by that same woman whose voice I remembered from my previous call. I met Dr. Chiang and I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist chair. He was very caring and understood my immense fear of the dentist and did a wonderful job of making me feel at home. He definitely knows what he is doing. He explained everything and was very patient with all of my questions. He is personable, smart, and kind, and most of all..GENTLE! I look forward to my future appointments with him! The dental hygienist only works 2 days a week but I had the pleasure of being her patient. The entire staff is amazing!!! There aren't enough nice words for the people at this office! Needless to say..I am no longer scared to go to the dentist! Thank you guys! "

I have had considerable dental work done by him and am so impressed with what I call his "measure twice, cut once" style, Everything he has done for me has been flawless! He is patience, and discusses what he is doing so the patient is always aware of procedures. and he has a great chair side personality. That being said,;what really counts in the long run is his ability and commitment to the quality of his work. "

High-tech dentistry, Superior results, Unmatched attention to detail
" Dr. Chiang is the best dentist I have ever had. After years of bad dentists, and even some that I thought were very good, only this man stands above the rest. He holds a unique philosophy of preventative dentistry and wants his clients to understand the full benefits of the methods involved. You will also see proof that he invests in superior technological advancements, such as electronic x-rays. I had never heard of such a thing, but it allows the patient to see high-resolution results of an x-ray in mere seconds on the LCD screen. He may also take pictures of all your teeth using a special oral digital camera. Now I call that attention to detail! He also has an amazingly well-balanced personality with interests in varying fields. You might even learn something new just by chatting with him in between your cleanings.
I must recommend Dr. Chiang to anyone in the Orange County area looking for a great dentist. I hope your visits are as enjoyable as mine. Good luck! "

Best dental experience, hands down!
"Finally! A dentist who is compassionate, educational, and efficient. I have had horrible experiences with my long crown appointments in the past. Pain the next day, long delivery time...I have had it all. Dr. Chiang makes you forget those dentists you hate as a young adult. My crowns were painless and cemented in hardly anytime at all. I didn't even feel the numbing shot and I have jumped out of a few dental chairs in my day. This guy even takes xrays of your crown after it's cemented- by far the most thorough dentist I have ever encountered! No yellowish colors or gray lines around my gums- my crowns look EXACTLY like my other teeth. I don't know where he got his education, but all I know is if every dentist received the same training as Dr. Chiang- the world would definitely be a safer and better place. Fellow dental phobics, you will not be disappointed in this guy. He knows what he is doing and I am going to him for life."

The most personable and caring dentists I have had
"Dr. Chiang's office is great! After my first visit I received a friendly letter outlining what was needed and what was the most important to take care of right away. During my first visit he made sure I understood what was going on and even took a few digital pictures for me to see what he was talking about. Dr. Chiang chooses to use preventative dentistry did not mind answering all my questions. I never felt like he was doing unnecessary procedures. Unfortunately I had quite a few issues to fix but after each visit Dr. Chiang personally called to see how I was doing the next day. He is definitely one of the most personable and caring dentists I have had. During one of my visits I got a bit cold and he ran into the back and retrieved a blanket.
The office is clean and the staff is very friendly. It seems a little odd to comment on the bathroom but it was quite nice. He has toothbrushes to use in case you forget to brush before you come and it is decorated like a nice restaurants bathroom so you don't feel like you are in a doctors office. The office manager always keeps you up to date on the cost of the procedures so you will never be surprised by the bill."

"So I went back for my second round of gum deep cleaning and am still blown away at how great this man is! Had have my tooth taken off due to a cavity on steroids and didn't feel a thing!!! I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep and only had a mild anesthetic. When was the last time you fell asleep in a dentist chair. Dr. C had to re create one of my back molars and true to form is was an exact replica of my tooth. If you need any work done I highly recommend this guy! Keep up the good work DR. Chiang. Also I got a text message asking if I was still able to keep my appointment and was able to respond via text. How sweet is that."

I was recommended by a friend of mine so I gave Dr. Chiang a try even though his office is 30+ miles away from where I live. I was truly pleased with his services. Dr. Chiang is always in tune with the customer's well being, asking me if everything is alright at every segment of his work. You will come to appreciate his precision and thoroughness even if you're just doing a routine teeth maintenance. His answers to your questions are always very detailed and he take copious note on everything he does. Dr. Chiang is definitely true to his craft."

The best experience I've ever had with a dentist.
"My last dentist had retired and I hadn't been in for almost two years. I've never posted anything on yelp before-- but I've always benefited from the reviews on yelp. This is the first time I can honestly say I've ever felt the desire to sign up and write a review. After a deep scale cleaning, several cavities and two crowns later, I have to say that despite all the damage my two years of neglect caused, this is still by far the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. I have absolutely no complaints about Dr. Chiang or any of his staff's work. I was offered anesthetic for the deep cleaning, but did not even need it. Dr. Chiang was so precise with even the shaping of temp crowns, that the right side of my mouth completely adjusted to the temp crowns within a day and feels completely normal. There is no pain, and there never was even any discomfort, etc even during any of the extensive procedures. I can't even tell I had the work done anymore it feels and looks great. The entire office is friendly and helpful. I have already recommended Dr. Chiang to my friends, coworkers, and even my dermatologist."
