" While searching for a new dentist after my previous one retired, I had quite a few bad experiences that kept me out of the office for a very long time. Armed with new insurance, I decided it was time to resume the search, with two very important criteria: New Dentist must not be retiring soon, and, most important, New Dentist must be straightforward and fair in fully disclosing payment options and bills.

I found a perfect match in Dr. Chiang and his helpful staff. Dr. Chiang took time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly answered all my questions, and I was very impressed by his attention to detail in discussing different treatments and why they were recommended. He not only focused on fixing problems; he also emphasized preventative care and best practices for maintaining healthy teeth and gums.

Not once did I get the impression that Dr. Chiang was trying to upsell unnecessary, expensive treatments, or withhold information. He is very clear in explaining what is and is not covered by insurance.

The office is very modern, utilizing the latest technology (a computer and flat screen TV at each station) and organized in a bright, open space. This is not your typical sterile, claustrophobic medical office! The mood is relaxed and welcoming.

If you are in need of a highly skilled, honest dentist, give the office of Dr. Chiang a call. "

I just completed the Invisalign series of removable braces with Dr. Chiang and for the first time in over thirty years, my teeth are straight again. People didn't even know I was wearing them - and I lost over 20 pounds because it was too hard to "snack" with them in.

Now that the "Invisalign Diet" is over, Dr. Chiang had a night guard made which helps to keep the teeth from moving back into their old position, and it keeps me from grinding my teeth at night. The best part of this is NO more migraines which I used to get fairly regularly.

Every interaction I've had there has been wonderful. From the front office staff to the dental hygienist to Dr. Chiang himself, everyone is great! I just got two crowns yesterday and had initially expected a lot of pain and soreness, but the procedure was painless and today I feel great (no pain!). I've had a number of dentists in the past and Dr. Chiang has set himself apart by showing me respect and informing me of every recommendation, showing me what he's basing it on and leaving the decision up to me without any coaxing or "car salesman" techniques. It's great to not feel pressured, and genuinely trust my dentist knowing his recommendations are in my best interest. I actually look forward to the dentist and feel like my teeth are in the best shape they've been in years! "

" I hate going to the dentist..more than anything in the world. I have been needing to go to the dentist for a long time, and finally decided to gather up courage and go. As soon as I called to make an appointment I had a great feeling.

The woman on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. I went to my appointment (palms sweating) and was warmly welcomed by that same woman whose voice I remembered from my previous call. I met Dr. Chiang and I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist chair. He was very caring and understood my immense fear of the dentist and did a wonderful job of making me feel at home. He definitely knows what he is doing. He explained everything and was very patient with all of my questions. He is personable, smart, and kind, and most of all..GENTLE! I look forward to my future appointments with him! The dental hygienist only works 2 days a week but I had the pleasure of being her patient. The entire staff is amazing!!! There aren't enough nice words for the people at this office! Needless to say..I am no longer scared to go to the dentist! Thank you guys! "

" My last dentist had retired and I hadn't been in for almost two years.

This is the first time I can honestly say I've ever felt the desire to sign up and write a review. After a deep scale cleaning, several cavities and two crowns later, I have to say that despite all the damage my two years of neglect caused, this is still by far the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. I have absolutely no complaints about Dr. Chiang or any of his staff's work. I was offered anesthetic for the deep cleaning, but did not even need it. Dr. Chiang was so precise with even the shaping of temp crowns, that the right side of my mouth completely adjusted to the temp crowns within a day and feels completely normal. There is no pain, and there never was even any discomfort, etc even during any of the extensive procedures. I can't even tell I had the work done anymore it feels and looks great. The entire office is friendly and helpful. I have already recommended Dr. Chiang to my friends, coworkers, and even my dermatologist. "

What I like best about him is that he did all the work on my … He spent time on me like I was the only patient he had , such a welcome change from dentist's offices where you are herded in and out by dental assts (your care depending on who you get) and the chief dentist comes in for a quick howdy at the end. After years of bad dentists, and even some that I thought were very good, only this man stands above the rest. He holds a unique philosophy of preventative dentistry and wants his clients to understand the full benefits of the methods involved. …He may also take pictures of all your teeth using a special oral digital camera. Now I call that attention to detail! He also has an amazingly well-balanced personality with interests in varying fields. You might even learn something new just by chatting with him in between your cleanings.

" Fear no more. As you walk through the doors of Dr. Chiang's office you will feel a sense of relief and comfort. The aesthetics will sure to please the likes of any contemporary artists. I was recommended by a friend of mine so I gave Dr. Chiang a try even though his office is 30+ miles away from where I live. I was truly pleased with his services. " So I went back for my second round of gum deep cleaning and am still blown away at how great this man is! Had have my tooth taken off due to a cavity on steroids and didn't feel a thing!!! I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep and only had a mild anesthetic. When was the last time you fell asleep in a dentist chair. Dr. C had to re create one of my back molars and true to form is was an exact replica of my tooth. If you need any work done I highly recommend this guy! Keep up the good work DR. Chiang. Also I got a text message asking if I was still able to keep my appointment and was able to respond via text. How sweet is that! "
